Home Options Design provides residential consultation services for all types of projects.
The list to the left is only a partial listing of the types of consultation services that I provide. I specialize in renovations,
additions, and very complex structural modifications. I also offer environmentally considerate consultations for new and existing structures
that focus on environmental efficiency, environmentally efficient building products, disaster resistant building products, solar energy,
water conservation, and indoor air quality, just to name a few options.
The basic steps in a consultation are:

you on the steps necessary to obtain a permit and even provide required support documentation to obtain your permit.
